What is a Notary Public?

A Notary is a person of proven integrity appointed by the state to serve the public as an impartial witness. A notary is considered a public official and must follow specific rules and regulations set up by the state.

What do I need to provide for a Notary Service?

You must present proper identification prior to any notary act which includes;

1.  Current State DL with photo and signature
2.  Current State ID with photo and signature
3.  Federal Government ID with photo and signature
4.  In lieu of proper identification, signor must be personally known by notary
If a witness(s) is / are needed - you must supply them at time of notary act
6.  Signor MUST appear before notary at TIME of notary act

What cannot be notarized?

Copies of Birth Certificates or other VITAL records will not be notarized

What is our "excessive waiting policy?"

Upon our arrival, and after 10 minutes, we will charge an additional $10 for every 10 minutes we must wait.

We will be on time for your appointment, so please be ready when we arrive.  Our time is carefully scheduled throughout the day to enable us to arrive for each appointment on time and to be able to spend the approriate amount of time with each customer.

Sometimes a 15 minute wait for us can cause the schedule for the remainder of our day to run behind.
